Choosing Payment Gateways for Your Rental Panel
The gateways you offer decide who can buy from you. A customer who cannot pay is a customer lost, however good your prices are.
Start with where your customers are
Ask how your customers pay online today. In some countries that is a mobile wallet, in others UPI, cards or bank transfer. A panel ships with a wide catalog, so you can match the methods to your audience rather than the other way round.
Types of gateway
- Cards: familiar and fast, with fees and chargeback risk
- Crypto: global and final, but not everyone has a wallet
- Mobile wallets and UPI: the default in many markets
- Bank transfer: slower, often with manual checks
Automatic or manual confirmation
Gateways that confirm automatically save you hours. Manual methods are fine at low volume but become a bottleneck as orders grow. Prefer automatic where it is available.
Test every gateway
Make a small real deposit with each method and check that the balance appears. Test a failed payment as well, so you know what the customer sees.
Write clear instructions
Short steps for each method reduce tickets. Tell customers what to enter, how long it takes and what to do if the balance is missing.
Start with one or two gateways you trust and add more as you learn what customers ask for. The full catalog is on the payment methods page.
