When to Upgrade Your Rental Panel Plan
Plans exist so you can start small. The skill is knowing when to move up.
Five signs it is time
- You need more than one provider for reliability
- Customers ask for a payment method your plan does not include
- A short outage would cost you real money
- You want more themes or a more distinctive look
- You would benefit from daily backups
Do the maths first
Compare the extra monthly cost with what the upgrade protects. If a bKash or UPI method lifts your conversion by even a few orders a month, it may pay for itself quickly.
Upgrading is not losing anything
Your panel, data and domain come with you. You can move up when a limit bites and avoid paying for features you do not yet use.
When not to upgrade
If your orders are flat and your current plan does everything you use, put the money into marketing instead.
Review your plan every quarter against what you actually used.
